For instance, looking at the big picture from a lender's point of view, it is not the accumulation of wealth in itself that matters.  What good is it, say, if you mange to amass $1,000,000 in assets but at the same time run up $1,500,000 in debts?

The optimum goal is to be debt-free .  Once you've achieved this objective, even if you make only  an ordinary income just as I did, I can almost guarantee that everything else in your life will fall into place including the ability to resolve work-related unhappiness to your satisfaction.

Importantly, Green Monday's message also shows you just how focus, self-discipline, and moderation in life style can overcome that feeling helplessness and despair that seems to reach its peak at the start of the work week: "blue Monday".
